GCA Annual Meeting and Board Elections – Sunday, January 29, 2017

2017 SLATE OF CANDIDATES
The Greenfield Community Association will be convene its 2017 annual meeting and board elections on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Magee Senior Center (745 Greenfield Avenue).
At this meeting, the board will be presenting its 2016 report on activities to date and finances. In addition, the GCA will be holding its annual elections to fill up to four board of director positions.
Voting – Voting will be by paper ballot only and occur between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on January 29, 2017 at the Magee Senior Center during the annual meeting. The Ballots will list all the candidates. One can vote for up to four candidates. No write-ins will be permitted. Ballots will be tallied, and results posted immediately thereafter. Eligible voters include anyone 18 years and older who live in Greenfield; own or operate a business in Greenfield; or own property in Greenfield. (Greenfield includes the Bigelow Heights and Four Mile Run areas.)
