There will be a special Pittsburgh City Council hearing Tuesday night, September 15, at 6:00pm to hear public comments regarding the recent sale of the easternmost portion of Coyne Terrace (at Winterburn) to a private owner.
The property contains a pedestrian walkway and steps that connect Coyne Terrace to Winterburn. Private ownership has led to closure of the walkway and steps.
Residents are encouraged to attend. The hearing is located on the Fifth Floor of the City-County Building at 414 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219.
