May 2018: Under the requirements of the EU data protection law, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Greenfield Community Association is publishing this privacy policy. Some of the policy’s boilerplate does not apply to GCA Pittsburgh but we are keeping it in place, with notes, so that the entire scope is mentioned herein.

gcapgh.org does not allow readers to upload images to the website. This category does not apply.

Contact forms

The gcapgh.org website has one contact form at this link:  http://gcapgh.org/contact-us/

When visitors submit data on the contact form, it creates an email to info@gcapgh.org containing the data the user typed into the form.  This email message may be retained indefinitely.

Cookies

Because we allow neither comments nor visitor logins on our website, no personal data is collected in cookies.

If you have submitted a contact form, you can request to receive a copy of the email if it still exists. You can also request that we erase the email message if it still exists. Erasure does not include any information we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
