Breaking News, 12/31/2015:

Mayor Peduto’s office says the Parkway East will open INBOUND at 2:00pm today. OUTBOUND will open between 10:00pm and Midnight today.

First Night revelers will have clear sailing on the Parkway East to and from Downtown.
